Fabletics tops $1 billion in revenue and expands retail

Fabletics says it has passed a major financial milestone while accelerating its store rollout in the U.S. and overseas. The company surpassed $1bn in net revenue for the first time in 2025 and is now pursuing a broader retail expansion that includes 25 new U.S. stores over the next 12 months and a larger international footprint in 2026 and 2027.

The company has set itself three goals for this year and next: to triple its international store count in 2026, add 25 U.S. stores over the next 12 months, and expand into new markets including India and the United Arab Emirates while also growing further in Colombia, Peru and Central America.

Fabletics has also reported three straight years of double-digit same-store sales growth in the U.S. Its membership has exceeded three million active customers. Over the next five years, the company aims to double its revenue and quadruple its EBITDA.

International push raises questions on store count

How much growth will be required to meet the international target remains not verified from the source material.

According to Chain Store Age, which cited the company, Fabletics operates 126 stores in the U.S. and 11 abroad. But the company’s own store locator showed 15 stores outside the U.S. as of Aug. 13: five in Mexico, four in Guatemala, three in Peru, and one each in Colombia, Honduras and Germany.

That difference creates uncertainty around what tripling the international count would mean in practice. Based on 11 stores, tripling would require 22 new stores. Based on 15, it would require 30. The company’s press release, however, points to "approximately 20."

The store locator showed no stores in the UK or Canada, although Fabletics sells online in both countries. Its General Manager for Europe has described "the UK its top European market", according to FashionUnited UK. The company also announced a year ago that, through a partnership with Gretel International, it would be into Uruguay and Chile, two countries not listed on the locator.

U.S. growth remains central

The domestic market remains a key part of the expansion plan. Fabletics currently operates 126 stores in the U.S., according to Chain Store Age, and plans to add 25 more over the next 12 months.

Combined with the international push, the strategy points to a period of broad physical retail growth for the brand after crossing the $1bn revenue threshold in 2025.
